This course fulfills the required 1 hour of continuing education on Ethics applicable to the practice as a Professional Engineer per the Tennessee State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers to comply/adhere to maintain licensure. A “Certificate of Completion” will be issued to PE to validate the earned PDH credit upon completion of the full participation per the outlined course.

Emphasis will be placed on the significance, importance, and overview of The State of Tennessee Statutes, and Codes governing The Practice of Engineering and Professional Engineering, including Case Study Disciplinary Actions, while integrating the Universal Professional Code of Ethics, Engineers Creed, Preamble and Pledge to the respected Fundamental Cannons governing the requirements which apply to Professional Engineers Licensure.
