This Webinar will explore the Design Build contracting system approach, where a single source is responsible for the design, permitting, contracting, and warranty aspect, while completing each project in an entirely streamlines fashion.  As a Design Build approach maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the entire contracting project and coordinates the design by the engineers, architect, and other consultants.  Clients are involved throughout the construction development of the project, which results in innovative designs using a variety of creative contracting techniques
